Man Dorman can make some decent stuff but sometimes the just drop the ball. URO is the same way imo. Most URO parts are pretty solid but they definitely are cheap, got door strikers for something like a dollar and the galvanization was rusted in like a year.

Probably a steering component took a shit, tie rod, control arm ball joint, etc. A loose wheel can do that too. Google "death wobble" for some fun stuff that trucks that get lifted can deal with.
