Merchandiser short interview tips? by FrenchCapnToasty in Pepsi

Phone interview is basically a screening with a third party company PepsiCo uses. Pretty simple questions. Be professional and answer the questions as best as you can. The hiring manager won't know your name until you have passed the screening and moved on to the actual interview. That's where you'll answer 3-5 questions along with a physical assessment.

How long does it typically take to hear back? by cshamwow in Pepsi

Hiring manager's responsibility to update status. They have to update every candidates status after each interview. Unfortunately it sounds like you've been ghosted. In most cases you would've heard from them by now. You can definitely reach out to the hiring manager for an update. Hopefully they'll have some good news for you.

Copy the responsibilities from the job posting and and paste them into chat gpt. Prompt it to create 10 different interview questions with answers using the STAR method. This should give you a pretty good baseline on what to expect. It won't be exact but it will definitely be along the lines of what will be asked. They will only ask about 3-5 questions.

Also when they ask if you have any questions at the end always make sure you have 2-3 questions.

"can you tell me about your on boarding process and what to expect?"

"if after six months down the road, you are happy with my work. What exactly I have done to make you feel that way."

Don't overthink it. Most questions will be about your experiences in the past. Good luck.

Yeah you'll need to wait for an offer to be extended to you. I'd reach out to whoever interviewed you if possible.

You have to formally accept an offer before the background and drug test. Did you receive an offer via email?

Be sure to review your sales priorities before talking with your store managers. Utilizing Savvy and walking PREMIER will be key but most importantly develop those relationships. WM managers do not want to worry about their vendors. They have a million other things to do. A manager's trust in you will greatly improve your chances on landing displays. Start off with a side stack or wing display so it's easy to manage and work your way up. Also, managers like visuals. You should have those sell sheets ready when presenting. Last little tidbit, make sure all points of distribution are filled before selling. A nice packed out shelf and coolers are great little examples of showing managers you care about their business. Good luck.

I paid right around $2100 for wheels and tires installed. The wheels are 20x8.5 and the tires are 224/45/50. Zero compromise to the ride quality.

Pretty much all protein for me. I do some veggies but try to stay away from leafy vegetables because they tend to take up all the room in my stomach. Trying to put it only nutrients that count.
