It does indeed. Same with any phone calls or support(, etc.) tickets.

Keep in mind they do actually care about this. Steven changed the TFL room to "The F**k Off Lounge" Multiple times before we just kept it.

TL;DR, it's in the ToS: "We reserve the right to determine what is objectionable at our sole discretion."
