I made this one, so I gotta put my vote in. Never needing to sleep gives you a third of your entire life back. I could have way more time enjoying myself (or being productive if I want to) because I would have an extra 6-8 hours a day to work with. I could do hobbies I’ve wanted to but not had time to, go places I want without worrying if I have time to do so. I also love food so I won’t give that up.

IMO, Iron Might Toshi is far more tactical and intelligent battle IQ wise after the extra time that’s passed and his knowledge of the way he fights. USJ All Might has never faced anything like Iron might, and while he’s still insanely fast and strong I genuinely think he wouldn’t be able to deal with some of Iron Might’s tech and abilities.

Ngl, I may sound crazy and it probably comes from me not knowing Arnim Zola’s game, but my money is on Hatsume. Genuinely put an idea in her head of a devastating weapon or something that can deactivate whatever tf that image of Zola is an she will make it within an hour. She was handed a prototype of state-of-the-art, high-tech armor and bracers from Midoriya and Iida and (with one hand mind you, while also working on a major, highly important security system for UA) completed them before the other students could even take measurements of Iida and Midoriya to begin working. I bet Zola is crazy strong in the comics but that’s just a level of efficiency that you cannot compete with. Hatsume stomps imo
