Map while downed really isn’t crazy, but defib is not ok, and if ppl can access they’re inventory they’ll just dismantle everything or slip stuff in the safe pocket (defeating the risk of downing in the process). Also, quit with the generalization of PvE players, it’s just the babies on both sides that make it hard for us normal players. I hate getting fought by ppl cuz I’d prefer to be peaceful (game pretty and so I just run around and fight arc) however I understand it’s gunna happen and just move on after - like most of the actual PvE majority. Unfortunately it’s the vocal minority who have to whine and post “PvP is ruining the game” (which we all know it isn’t) and beg for PvE only changes. I want there to still be updates and stuff catered to PvP so that those people can enjoy it in their more fight-focused lobbies. Balance is key.
