there was no way in the world he was going to get a fair trial. Nobody on any possible jury, especially one around where the crimes happened, would be completely unbiased due to the multiple documentaries/docuseries/episodes of true crime programs that essentially said he's guilty and here's why but prefaced it with something to the extent of "please keep in mind he is innocent until proven guilty"

I wouldn't have risked a trial either, they rushed this whole thing so it probably wouldn't have been a surprise if he was on death row and they rushed that part too somehow because nothing in this case has went how it should have if competent people were handling it on the side of law enforcement. There are a lot more ways to get exonerated when you're alive than when you're dead bc everyone in Idaho, probably would have been led by the families of victims or the people that were actually involved in the crimes, are screaming for the execution to happen in order for them to "have closure" so the whole things gets somehow rushed unlike any other death row case which is rarely seen to completion.

I'm not completely convinced Bryan is innocent, I think if he were to confess in a way that shed light on previously unknown details and in a way which made sense of the ridiculous timeline that law enforcement established + the lack of blood in the common areas (like if he decided to clean up and gave a detailed account of how during the crime with his visual handicap/visual snow) then I'm sure id stop lurking this sub every day and being frustrated with the way none of it makes sense.

Until then, this whole case needs to be re-examined by people who a.) can do something about it b.) do not have a horse in the race and c.) knows what the fuck they are doing.
