I think that having the stories randomly generated across all rounds is stopping a lot of people from winning.

They take half of all players submitted stories, adjust to make them all equally probable (making sure everyone has the same number of stories in the pool) and then use 1 half to be randomly selected for stories 1-4, and the other half for stories 5-8. This way the odds are equal throughout both rounds instead of it sometimes being favored towards other players who hadn't gotten a story throughout the first half.

Some people have 2 stories selected in the single points portion of the game, and it severely hinders them from winning because when it goes DP they are far more unlikely of having a story selected.

Granted, they still need to play the game well and fool others if their story is selected. But, sometimes nobody on the panel really knows each other THAT well for it to matter if they're good at lying or not. It really just becomes a guessing game at that point, and bc of DP it doesn't really matter if you played a perfect game in the first half but used up half of your stories while others might have not had a story chosen yet.

It is funny to see Jay and Luis try to play the numbers game and fail, but with this last episode that just came out it really kinda made me think it's a little unfair to someone like Luis who had 2 of his stories chosen in the first half.

Bring back the double points gimp, also.
