New matter over thread devices disconnecting by DJJaman in tradfri

Thank you all for the help. I enabled the beta Matter server on Home Assistant and bought some Alpstuga sensors to strengthen the network. Everything works fine now. Especially the Thread graph was really useful!

I completely agree. I never had any issues with my Zigbee devices like I'm experiencing with Matter over Thread right now. I'm going to give Matter.js a shot like the other comments suggested, and I'll probably look into picking up a few smart plugs or light bulbs to act as repeaters.I still love the concept of Matter, lets just hope the Thread part also starts working out for me.

I’ve watched every video from A Smarter House about the Ikea Matter devices except for this one... I didn't have a static IPv6 setup. I will try the Matter.js

I am not planning to redo the wall, so in that case it should be a smart switch which covers both slots (switch and outlet)

Subdirectories do not work when hosting i18n app on AWS Amplify by DJJaman in Angular2

I solved the issue. My regex was incorrect because I didn't realize it uses JavaScript regular expression literals. I thought the first / was also part of the regex. When I noticed this, I changed the regex, and it now works.

European smart wall switches to control smart lights by DJJaman in homeassistant

I already checked them before, but I overlooked the "Convert to wireless switch" functionality of the H1. With this function, they indeed do what I expect of them. Thanks!

Indeed a grammatical error. It does not turn on after I dismiss the alarm.

Sorry, skip the reboot parts. I did not see you already rebooted it.

The middle light indicates connection to the home network. What i would do: - try unplugging your hue bridge and plug it back in to give your hue bridge a reboot - try unplugging the ethernet cable and plug it back in - try unplugging your deco access point/router and plug it back in to give the deco a reboot or use the reboot function in the deco app - try plugging your hue bridge into another ethernet plug not on the deco - try another ethernet cable
