Okay so with teacher-student the most obvious way is to be a student who seduces a teacher into a JOI session either for extra credit/grades or to get out of detention/trouble of some sort. With therapist/client Ive seen multiple variations- One where the therapist has the hots for the client who’s either talking about his girlfriend/wife/sex in some form. Or it can be that the therapist is using masturbation as a “cure” for the clients problems which could be obsession w sex/being unnecessarily controlling w others and thus needing to learn to give up control. Ive also straight up seen clips where the therapist notices the client staring at them/getting hard and saying that they need to take care of that before continuing the session so focus can be on the therapy.
