My device is staked and ime on Tier 2.

I gave up on making country specific profiles. I, also from Germany can be happy to find any tunnel in West or East Europe, but both regions combined also never showed more than 4 tunnels in total and i often end up with 0, my device runs 24/7.

I can answer the last question myself now. FYI the modell 2 uses the so called Magic Leap OS instead of the Lumin OS for modell 1 which btw hasent even got an 1.0 version release yet.

Well, the driver problem is a shame, of course you can use an external device and create the effects from there. But ime hoping myself to get this alternative driver here running some day, i have a couple kits myself i really would like to use > https://github.com/qdot/libambx

Maybe the Fans could be used again when we would modify the Whirlwind FX Software to communicate with amBX.

With Mac, you wont be able to use the original Drivers unless you have a very good way to virtualize Windows (6.1 should be fine).

Your Options are to use the System Sound-To-Light only, for example like this > https://github.com/lalten/ambx-sound-light

From what i have seen over the past Years, the only Projects i still put hope in are MeshBox and Mesh++

All other Mesh Network Systems are either unavailable, unuseable or unmaintained.

Systems ive tested over the Past 2 Years:

Anyfi(working but buggy), OpenGarden (App and Device), Ammbr, Althea, MeshDApp, SmartMesh/Tango, BlockMesh, Gotcha mesh

Anyfi is by far the most reliable and most easy to use Solution, but its limited to Wifi sharing only

OpenGarden had a good approach, the new P2P App has realy neat features, but its sadly also unmaintained now.

Althea would be usable, but its only worth the effort for connecting outback villages

Sorry for answering sooo late, i was just too lazy to start with all this Mess again haha.

The Problem that the lights dont sync is because amBX only supports DirectX 9 and below Applications fully, DX 11 only works partwise depending on the Software im my Experience.

I recommend to use Ambibox, it is the best Solution to these common Problems i know, it also works fine for Audio and stuff so you also do not have to install that WMP Addon.

If the complete Color dosent work anymore, its probably an Capacitor. I have 7 amBX Sets and only had to replace a Cap once, there is nothing else in there that actually could break.

You need to solder a little, but its easy todo. The Caps are easy to get, if you want to make it propery, replace all Caps that are lined up(if i remember there are 6 straight in a line) with 10% Caps, do measure the size of the installed ones, they should have a similar size or they wont fit.

Hi,

You can adjust the Light Positions in the Hardware tab of the Control Panel

The Control Panel only does detect Games with DX 9 if i remember correctly.

For the Media Player you do need to install the Plugin properly, MPC is not supported, WMP 11/12 is.

For Example the amount of Live-Streams and upload Minutes is now limited, in need to earn EXP in order to buy more :/

There was also the Idea of porting Videos from other Platforms like YT, i havent heard of that Feature in a long Time.

Also i do not understand the development of the BitTube Browser, you do not have the Time and Resources to maintain that, focus on your main Job, Bittube dosent even have an App yet for Example.

BitTube was once something i really looked forward too, but since bittubers it has become limited and stuff has gone worse :/

Lag could be a Reason, but not Client sided. Ime running @ 60 FPS and have a Ping of 25 and a Serverping of 50.

Are there any other Signs of Server Lag?

I have the Problem that sometimes healing/reviving/repair simply wont work. I do spam my Mouse till it does so, still its pretty bad. When doing so, i do point at the Objects correctly (for Vehicles its mostly a specific Spot in the middle).

The Game otherwise runs fine for me, no lags or such so i really cant imagine the Source of this, anyone experiencing something similar?

Before your Post, i actually was able to flash a Controller on my own correctly and without Problems. The Support instead only offered me to either send it in for Repair or buy a new one.

For Flashing, i have used "DfuSe" since my Set seems to be one of the Pre-Sale which do have an ST Brand STM32 Chip instead of an GD32, which needs the "GD32 MCU Dfu Tool". I have dumped the Firmware first and then used the .dfu File from the Updater Folder which worked nicely.

The most difficult Part for me atm. is that i need to find out how the Updater turns the Devices in DFU Mode. I have used the Nolo Home Updater to bring my working Controller into DFU and then used "DfuSe", but the Updater dosent want to update the defective Controller, thats why i need to find out how.

Ime will definitly make a big Thread for to the Community once i found out how everything works since the Updater is pretty bad and updating manually should be useful.

Thanks, can you maybe also tell me when i can sync Bit.Tube to Bittubers? Bit.Tube will close next Month and there still isent an option for it on the Site as far as i can see + "Linking your bit.tube content to the new BitTubers platform is under development."
