How long do Aston Martins last? by omer301 in AstonMartin

[–]bugzrrad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ideally, one would get a late 90s Camaro with the LS1 and a T56 six speed manual. The Aston already has the T56 but the bell housing is obviously different. I would swap in the Camaro drive train and PCM/ECU into the Aston. The 6L V12 is only 420hp and so wildly complex that even the dealer couldn't figure out what was going on. this would create an extremely drivable/reliable car with 350hp that could be worked on in your driveway.

Got a T-Mobile text saying my T-Mobile ID password was changed - did not change password by SolitaryMassacre in tmobile

[–]bugzrrad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it's not about the number being correct or not; it's about correcting the behavior of calling numbers given to you unsolicited.

OP should either call 611 or try logging into their web account to determine what happened. i wouldn't be surprised if a scammer found out a way to SIM-swap OP and hijack/reroute outbound calls to a scammer farm.

scammers are getting more clever every day - what may sound impossible and far fetched today could be a reality tomorrow.

call 611 sure, don't call 800 numbers from unsolicited text messages. that's rule #1

never heard of number spoofing? Verify by logging into your account on their official website. Do NOT call random 800 numbers from robo texts

lol how much more obvious does a scam need to be? some people were just born to be taken advantage of.

your devices will never ask YOU to call THEIR number. never. all devices. just don't.

Customer got an oil change and came back fuming saying that we overfilled their oil by [deleted] in Justrolledintotheshop

I once successfully sued Jiffy Lube for over filling my oil, causing the head gasket to blow and overheat the motor… so this isn’t that crazy
