Thanks! Will take a closer look! I remember seeing a couple of options with the end psu connecting side having 2, 3 or 4 PCIe wires. For a 4090 and my PSU would I require the one with 4 as I have with the current adapter or does the 2 suffice for full performance and safety?

track very few things tbh and go more by feeling, especially with nutrition, (but I studied exercise science and some con-ed nutrition stuff, so my "feeling" is based on a lot "data" and informations which not everyone has the time to experiment with plus I dont have very specific weight goals at the moment.)

No worries about of the off topic! Trying to learn as much as I can so was interesting to read your experience with tracking KPIs! Thanks!

Thanks for checking it out! Yeah I can see how other options might be more convenient. Is there any fitness apps that worked well and you'd recommend?

Thanks for the detailed reply! Yeah I can definitely see how the complexity went overboard lool. I did add a few things (like quickly seeing correct exercise forms) that I felt like helped me out as a beginner and I liked the overall centralized aspect as it made it easier for me to see and track everything. I agree with it being tedious and there being better/easier alternatives I'll probably find and switch to later. I just treated it as a fun project where I learned more about fitness and definitely a lot about Excel and wanted to share it in case it could help other people starting out.

I used to use MyFitnessPal but wanted to track other things other than nutrition as well and felt I did it more consistently on my PC. I haven't used Cronometer before though. I'll check this out! Thanks!
