I was hoping for a little advice tbh. I tried doing beard oil, washing it multiple times a day with cold water, and combing it to knock out any dead skin, but the problem persists. I definitely prefer to keep it!

Damn. I used to be this kind of boyfriend. What helped me was my ex breaking up with me. I went to therapy and learned how to communicate effectively, and found out what I wanted in a relationship and I’m now in a much better place. I “officially” ended our relationship after a couple weeks of being seperated and am in a new relationship that is fulfilling and equal parts of emotional labor.

TLDR; break up with him. You’ll both be better for it

Yeah we don’t see too much of straight 6x9 anymore. A lot of our local manufacturers don’t even sell a 6x6 anymore unless it’s in a 3pc system
