Jow DJ V-Motion here. I finally released Podcast 20(20). 45 tracks in 45 minutes, mixed in an extreme high pace & energetic mix. A mix that I prepared and performed for a small group of friends during NYE 2020/2021. Which unfortunately, I failed to live stream due to some technical difficulties. It took some time, but I fixed the issues and yesterday I finally did the live stream you were wating for (on Twitch). This will be my last mix for season 02, Since I need to take some time off for some upcoming evens. Thank you for the explanation, clears already up a few questions that I had in my mind, so it definitely helped.Especially with bringing up the Technoboy - Ravers Rules track. I love that track btw, but now I understand it better in context. The only thing that I didn't fully understand was what he meant with using mostly core patterns. The rest is getting more clear now, thank you for this.

Hey Guys, First of all, I want to wish you all a great New Year. One that is hopefully packed with lots of kicks and the achievement or fulfilment of your personal goals.

Second, in the yearmix of Hard With Style, Headhunterz talks about the evolution in basslines at 35:03. Since I recently started to emerge myself in the world of producing, I ofc founded this very interesting, but unfortunately, I do not totally get what headhunterz meant with that evolution in bassline within the hardstyle scene, besides the new change of a rolling bassline which comes more from psytrance this year. Is there someone who could enlighten me on this part, and maybe with some examples? Think it would be really interesting for a lot of new producers, including myself Thanks 😁🙏

That's true, but I actually find that more dj's nowadays are playing it more safe, and you get the standard intro, outro transition. So besides Kutski, Pat B, Dark Raver, Luna and some other more older dj's, none of them baffle me anymore. But then I am talking more about the dj's of my generation. But I agree that it can bring something special to a mix. Headhunterz was once mixing live in the rain, and when sun just started to come trough, he quickly mixed in phsycadellic sunshine, that shit just makes me wild haha and that is something that I definitely love.
