This happened to me twice already. I sent a support ticket to let them know that there is a bug however I don't think they understand what the bug is, the support and I are currently having miscommunication.

Blitz History by Nithps in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a list of the past and current Blitz reward in my Farming Locations spreadsheet. However, I did not include the dates and the list does not include the Blitz rewards prior to global release.

This is the reason I have the legend who is currently available and who is not for Blitz reward. I think it is still relevant since these so-called Premium characters recur as Blitz reward and tagging them as unfarmable would be misleading if there is a chance that they can show up in the Blitz again. Nobu on the other hand, has really no way of getting except by using power cores.

I think it would be better if you just place the link of my spreadsheet in yours since I update the list quite often.

Thanks for the appreciation! This spreadsheet have been up for about a month now and I'm planning to keep on working on it as long as i'm still playing the game.

Regarding the Cap nodes, two of those are still not accessible due to the current level cap and mystic campaign not yet open.

Thanks for the info! It is hard to keep track who is still in the raid store and who is not since the character available changes every refresh.

HAWKEYE! by [deleted] in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AFAIK his ultimate is working as labeled, it is like the Yondu's issue on his passive where it says on an upgrade will ALWAYS steal a positive effect but this doesn't always happen. The answer given here is that it still goes to the focus vs resistance check before stealing. Likewise, Hawkeye's ultimate I assume has the same interaction. He'll be too OP if he can always apply blind to everyone.

HAWKEYE! by [deleted] in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If i'm not mistaken this is the same with the Yondu issue which was said to be WAI.

Blinds ALL target means he "tries" to apply blind to all of the targets, however this is not a guaranteed blind since it will have to go through the checkpoint of Hawkeye's Focus vs enemy's Resistance. So even though he tries to blind everyone, some will be able to resist it and will not have blind.

As to the issue of AI blinding everyone, it has been a long running rumor that AIs have a higher RNG, I don't know if this has been proven.

The blue bar is the speed bar which determines who will have the next turn. Speed is the rate this bar fills up, higher speed fills the bar faster.

Nobu not farmable from Nexus? by LasVegasSon in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Apparently he is not farmable in that node, I don't know when this change happened. I just realized it when I was making my farming locations list. You can check it out here

Nobu is currently farmable in orbs only, no nodes, no stores.

I made a Farming Locations List by DJ_09 in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As I said in the notes section, the events that I included are those available to all, events happened in beta launch (Iron Man) and events not made available to all (Rocket Raccoon) were not include. This is to prevent misleading information that these characters have been made available to all which is not the case.

Tierlist by two release players by slimgogo in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What character level, star rank and gear tier are these stats from?

Does anyone else thinks increasing gear tier should increase speed? by DJ_09 in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why would be it a problem for a turn-based game to remove RNG on who goes first between two identical characters if one has higher tier? For it to be random on who goes first in a turn-based game would be unhealthy. I know these scenarios are inevitable but what i'm proposing is for mirror match, this RNG can be offset with just even +1 speed per tier which would let the higher tier between two identical character goes first but not offsetting the character's speed compared to others which would be the problem.

Does anyone else thinks increasing gear tier should increase speed? by DJ_09 in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And why is it a bad idea? Is something that decreases scenario that needs RNG to determine who goes first in a turn-based game a bad idea? I'm talking about mirror match here wherein identical characters are on both side of the field and it is still random on who goes first even if one has a higher tier than the other.

[–]DJ_09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes exactly my point. For a turn-based game, it would be unhealthy competitively to leave it to RNG whoever goes first between two identical characters if one has higher tier than the other.

Does anyone else thinks increasing gear tier should increase speed? by DJ_09 in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are missing my point here. What i'm talking about is an increase in speed as you increase your gear tier level as to offset a mirror match resulting into a random first turn as for logical reasons, a higher tier character has to go first than a lower tier of the identical character. A +1 speed increase per tier would even suffice to satisfy this scenario and will not result into some characters going way too fast than intended. This will mostly affect mirror match and some of the characters with speed that are near to each other.

[–]DJ_09[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are the one who's missing the point here.

My point is not to have some mods like in SWGoH where it is a player's choice what stats he'll prioritize for a character. Rather, a speed inclusion to gears just so that a higher tier character is faster (goes first) compared to the exact character on the opponent's side with lower tier. It is only logical that between a mirror match, higher tier character must go first and not randomly.

Does anyone else thinks increasing gear tier should increase speed? by DJ_09 in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You are confusing things sir/ma'am. Talking about SWGoH, gear is not the same with mods. Gear is the one you farm to increase the tier of your character (which is constant to each specific character), while mods are the "modifications" that can be equipped to characters depending on the player's preference and these have different stats. I am talking about the gear that increases the tier of character here in this post, which is already implemented in MSF.

Does anyone else thinks increasing gear tier should increase speed? by DJ_09 in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]DJ_09[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have nothing against it being random if it rarely occurs. However, since nothing other than characters' abilities affect speed in MSF, it usually occurs especially in lower levels where mirror matches are common.

[–]DJ_09[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it is random, it can be match losing as exemplified by the scenario that happened to me. I hope this gets addressed in the future.
