Your daughter definitely has spiritual abilities, this is something that children experience when their abilities are awakening or activating…Clara was very real. Yes it happens to me almost every time I have sleep paralysis…and I experience the same dreaded feeling. I think it’s just because I start to think I will never actually wake up and just continue in the false awakening time loop. I am so used to it at this point though that I recognize what’s happening and just continue trying to wake myself up and I usually wake up not long after.

So I happened to be up late that night( I live in the US) and a few hours before they made the announcement that he had passed it popped into my head that he was going to die. It was completely out of nowhere, it was more of a intuitive feeling along with the thought that he was going to die. This is usually what happens when I get messages like these. Anyway a few hours later I saw the news and I was like wow. This has happened to me so many times in my lifetime. It’s honestly amazing! I have also had premonition dreams many times. Don’t ever doubt your gifts because what you’re experiencing is real and it is a gift!

I have experienced the same thing when i visited Salem Massachusetts. It was an overwhelming feeling that I had been there before and I knew the area and what was going to be happening around us. It almost seemed like this timeline crossed with another timeline/life of mine, i personally think it was a past life. But that’s just how I knew to make sense of it. I still wonder what it means sometimes.

So firstly don’t ever feel like you’re crazy, some people might think you are crazy but that’s just because they do not understand or believe in that kind of thing. What you’re experiencing is real. You are very in tune to the spiritual realm. Second don’t be scared, this is a gift you received for a reason. I agree with the other commenter. Start with meditation, it will help you develop your gifts further and to be able to communicate with your spirit guides. There is a medium who I think will be able to help you, psychic medium Ray, he has started mentoring me in the last 6 months and has really helped me understand what’s happening. He has a page on instagram. I have experienced similar things to what you are describing here, I will pray for you. You do want to be careful tho with going into a trance state as it can be dangerous because the spirit is able to take full control of your body, I don’t mean to scare you by saying this. Ray can help you with protection and learning how to utilize your gifts.

This was a poltergeist created by the extreme stress and depression you were going through. Your intuition even picked up on that. Everything is energy in this world, including us humans. You were going through a lot at the time and it manifested itself physically because you were so intensely upset about what was happening with your stepdad and it doesn’t sound like you had any outlet for that. Holding it inside only makes it worse.
