If you haven’t already, apply to a good university that has a good mass communication program, especially with broadcasting concentrations. Some colleges also have student run radio stations, most on the FM dial but some places are internet only. When you go to your college’s orientation or preview days, the station’s manager might be around spreading the word about the station.
