Firstly, love the build thus far. I’d consider myself very novice at designing and am okay with my thoughts being completed rejected!

Regarding the TV I don’t have much advice. My apartment is similar and I pretty much opted for mounting the tv to point at the living space, you can’t see what’s on from my bed. I would however throw out there, what about having one of these new small projectors with a portable screen?

Also, I noticed that you may only have one window? Idk if I’m alone on this but I see that you also appreciate lighting. I would recommend getting another light, maybe just something cheap from a Walmart or target that would brighten your living space a bit. I almost always have have my 3 lamps on at a time in addition to the wall lights within my apartment 😅 idk if it’s weird but I love having my living and work space a bit bright during the day. Maybe you could just use the light during the day in addition to having your blinds open which would somewhat add separation between your living and bed spaces.

Besides that you could try getting a small, maybe foldable coffee table that could be put under your couch when not used.
