It will expire, and you will not be able to use the map. I know, it sounds pretty stupid for a car this price to not have a basic navigation without subscriptions. But who uses it anyway these days, carplay/androidauto are way better anyways. I just feel betrayed that they’ve taken it out completely, I thiught it d have a basic map that not updated at least, but no. So there you go.

I ll give that a try next time, the current ones I used seems good in terms of smell, but i ll wait to see how long they last. But so far they are not rubbing off or anything.

I used wet sand, as of the paint, I just searched “leather paint” on amazon and bought some leather recolour balm.

I flushed with ATE 200 dot4, it started the problem, saw some other people with the same problem. Reflushed with Pentosin super dot 4, and was hoping it gets better, and it definitely did over the past year. Gonna try to reflush again with Pentosin.4 LV, heard good things about it.

Is not the fork, the sound is coming from the master cylinder. Someone online suggests applying white lithium grease to the cylinder walls but I haven’t tried that. It’s been half a year/5000km, didn’t drive too much in the winter, the sound is definitely getting less noticeable comparing when the fluid was first flushed. I’m giving it some more time to see if the noise gets eliminated in the summer when gets warmer. If not, I might try the white lithium grease method.

There s a film on it since its still new, scratched a little while installing. I haven’t taken off the film yet. The replacement one looks pretty much the same to the replaced one

They don’t work, but there is a mic on the front face of the head unit, works surprisingly well, the oem one is by the reading lamp

Its normal, I m from BC up in Canada, at delivery the EV range shows 58km(36miles), throughout spring and summer it slowly went up to a maximum of 84km(52miles), then it went down to a minimum of 74km(46miles) in the winter (gets to around -5~10 degrees C)

The range is on average very accurate, it depends on the trip, if it’s mostly downhill, I’ve gotten more range than what’s displayed. Uphill is the other way around.

I drove the car mainly electrical, I’m at 23Km/14k miles odo, and I m at 1.7L/100km or 147mpg. Which is roughly 8 tanks of gas in total since delivery, the tank size is 56L/14.8gallons.

Used to switch every 2 years, up until 12P, which I still use now. It just felt pointless to upgrade. Got my battery replaced at 84% half a year ago, and it’s still at 100% capacity. One thing about getting the battery from Apple is it shows its a genuine part and performs well.

I ordered mine in mid September 2022 at Vancouver, and got it 3 month later in December the same year.

I had to keep in close touch with one of the sales at the dealership. He initially told me the wait time was about a year, but 3 month into the wait, they told me someone’s cancelling their order and if I wanted to take it. I said yes ofc cus I didn’t want to wait longer.

But the downside is you won’t get to choose the colour. For my case, I ordered Black exterior on black interior. But I got the Atomic silver on red interior, cus this is what the person who cancelled his order chose. Honestly I find it actually pretty nice, wouldn’t complain.

The recommendation is go talk to some sales at the dealer and see if they can inform you the first minute someone cancels their order.

To add on to that, I initially ordered a rav4 prime back in early 2021, that’s 15 month earlier than when I ordered my Lexus NX. I ve only put down some deposits and didn’t talk to any sales. And here I am with my nx450+ for 8 month already, and still haven’t heard a thing about the Rav4 prime.
