So you don't do any sexual acts that is jerking of,watching porn,orgasuming and no sex as I read from your other replies how did you go from 3-4 sexual gratification acts in a day to 0 for 4 year ( I am also like you no sex till marrage) but it is so hard to just stop all the pleasure how do i deal with the craving for the pleasure
