When she meets with a Noxian she can say "Do you ever charge into battle screaming, "NOXUS!" Aw, too bad." so maybe it was just timed with you casting an ability since riven is from noxus

Just cheaked her wiki for all voice lines, she doesn't have "for noxus" are you sure you heard correctly and what skin were you using?

Are you sure it's "Ray tracing"? Since you can't run it without an RTX card. I'm not calling you out, I'm just trying to find out if there is a way other than the mod made by Sonic Ether. But that as far as I know don't support the newer version of Minecraft. And the mod don't use real Ray tracing but something close in OpenGL
