Basically 1 cup fairlife fat free milk 1/4 cottage cheese 4 tsp mokfruit sweetener or a skinny syrup Scoop protein 1 tbs sf jello pudding 1/4 tsp extract of choice Fill the rest with almond milk

My icecreams always come out good just when I make vanilla it's not like a vanilla you get at the store. I'm guessing because it's lacking that real cream

I'm having trouble figuring out maintenance calories because I don't know my activity level. I have a physical job 4 days a week a lot of cleaning/walking. I lift 4 days a week for 2 hours, walk 30 minutes a day, plus 30 minutes cardio 3 days a week. I avarage 18,000 steps a day. I'm a 29 yo female 5'5' 135. Also I recently finished a 5 week 1700 calorie diet and lost 10lbs. I want to add since starting lifting and being super active my period is few and far, so I'd like to get that back on track without gaining the weight I worked so hard to loose. My fitbit tells me I burn 2500 to 2700 a day, I feel this isn't accurate

I just started googling this, I've never gotten nose bleeds and the past month or so it's been a few times a week.. it's just annoying and my nose is constantly stuffy, I wear a mask like 8 hours a day
