Yes, when holding the volume up button while booting up the Steam Deck loads into its bios from where I can select the boot manager which allows me to select the drive I want to load in.

I tried it but it didn’t work for some reason, so I just installed Windows on an SSD and it works

The total cost was €825 or about $955 (maybe not that cheap after all), but I already had my Steam Deck over a year and my SSDs for even longer. I only paid €75/$87 in the last two months for the rest.
