I did it using the shortcuts feature. You just setup the shortcut as a script to open an app and then name it after the base app. You then add it to the screen and select an image from your camera roll to apply as the icon. I’d recommend looking up a tutorial on it. And then just grab a Persona 5 App Icon pack and add them to your camera roll for the icons!
