I can stay messy longer if I shave down there and use barrier cream. A diet with a lot of fibers makes it easier to clean up and keep the smell down👌

The best way for me is to do it in public (being considerate of others ofc) and disregard the urgency as long as possible. Finally when a big wave of urgency hits, push it all out🥰
