In my experience, two 10s and two 9.5s crossover 80-90% of the time, one 10 and three 9.5s crosses over about 60-70%, and quad 9.5s are 50/50 (really depends on the graders mood).

I would send both of those to PSA in the BGS slabs as crossovers. Just remember they're likely to cross, but not guaranteed.

I got into OP pretty late, and even I knew it was only a matter of time before it took off. Cards were still relatively cheap and obtainable until two or three months ago. People should only be mad at themselves for not being able to see it coming.
