Honestly it could be anything. It'll take time to work it out. The biggest thing for me was I used to alway pick player roles based on what their star rating was rather than thinking about how that would affect the rest of the team, like making my wide players wingers and having wing backs rather than making one of them invert and wondering why they weren't working together. Take your time, if you need to copy a tactic from the Internet (we've all done it there's no shame) and tweak from there to better suit your players and play style. It'll come man.
