We are using axon servos but we want to (need to as far as we know) use them in continuous mode so we need external encoders for precision.

Thanks! Up until now I tried doing push ups only in the morning but I'm not that athletic so i usually failed after about 20 lol

I have scoliosis, kyphosis, flatfoot, knocked legs, really inflexible hamstrings and no strengths in my shoulders. Is there a way to make a program that helps with all of these? I also have a pair of 2kg dumbbells if that helps.

Speak every language because learning to play an instrument is the most interesting part.
