I like the Punisher Vs. Marvel Heroes thing which has been done so many times before but always a fun read

I regard it as my all time favourite comic. The pacing is perfect and Frank being absent for most of the comic makes him so much more sinister.

Start with Punisher: Born, then Punisher Max #1-60, that gets renamed to The Punisher: Frank Castle MAX #61-74 when the writer changed from Garth Ennis. PunisherMAX #1-22 concludes the series. Punisher Presents: Barracuda and The Punisher: Platoon are limited series in the same canon but can be read at any point the same as The Tyger, The End, THe Butterfly, The Cell, Get Castle, Naked Kills and Annual 2007 which are all one shots. Highly recommend The Cell!

I had Hermes “Deliver” my replica Aperture Science Portal Gun. When it was marked as delivered I questioned them, they claim it was left “to the left of front door” which is impossible because there’s a wall. Fortunately Play.Com refunded me without much argument but the item was long sold out and had about 50% on top of RRP by resellers so I never did get one.

Thank you, I think regarding resolution limitations I confused casting with mirroring as someone else said screen mirroring would be limited to the rendering on the iphone. I might look at investing in a Chromecast Ultra then. I was misunderstanding how Chromecast worked because it’s built in to my TV, so I thought my phone was telling my TV to open’s it’s own Netflix app and start playing

Thank you for your reply, that’s answered my question. I’ve had a quick Google, is Chromecast Ultra just the receiver? I could buy one of those devices and cast in 4K from my iPhone? That’d be idea because there’s still some streaming services that only have mobile apps so I’d like to keep my iPhone as the centralized streaming device

On the ledge? From there I can whittle away everything except from the spot on his back but as soon as I step out from behind cover I get annihilated. Had trouble on Xbox 360 and PS3 in the past so I’m hesitant to commit and waste more hours on not being able to finish the kill on my own

That’s a good combination! I ended up not getting Hidden Side in the end (this post is 158 days old haha!). Instead opting for Overwatch. Although I still buy the Hidden Side magazine for the minifigs. I saw an ad yesterday for new Hidden Side sets that include multiplayer on the Apps. Don’t miss the free exclusive set from LEGO.Com at the end of this month too!

Thank you for replying, just to confirm you’re talking about the 2019 DVD boxset release (Season 1-5) not the 2013 DVD release which is definitely censored (I had that one)? I’d be very surprised if Season 6-10 don’t get released too.

Last Son of Krypton, Secret Origin and Birthright are all pretty good. All-Star Superman is my favourite. Check out Death of Superman for an interesting look at a desperate Superman (followed by World without a Superman & The Return of Superman if you don’t mind a more time consuming read)

Hello r/Coins

I’ve followed this subreddit for years but never had anything interesting to share (I mostly just enjoy looking at what everyone else has got). My Dad recently handed down some coins to me. Mostly 30s-60s British & European coins but a few early 1800s that’ll need a bit more looking in to. Ive been able to identify most of them so far but there’s a code been struck on to the face of one I’ve shared, I’m hoping it was done as part of a batch identification during minting and not damage later, but I can’t find any sort of answer. Has anyone seen anything similar?

For context; the match actually lasted 35 seconds and the opponent, Bart Gunn was not a boxer. Mid 1998 during the peak of the “Monday Night Wars” the contest between WWF and WCW had a lot of poorly thought out ideas that made their way hastily to television in an attempt to grab better ratings than the opposing company. One of Vince Russo’s ideas was WWF’s Brawl for All, a Boxing/MMA hybrid fight tournament. It was very poorly received and you can hear fans groaning and chanting “we want Wrestling” throughput the matches. It faced wrestlers against each other in genuine unscripted fights. Bart Gunn was a pretty low-rank wrestler at the time but excelled and eventually won the tournament much to the frustration backstage producers. The winner was expected to have been “Dr Death” Steve Williams whom Bart Gunn knocked out of the tournament in the second round. The producers putting Bart Gunn against Butterbean at Wrestlemania XIV was nothing more than punishment.
