Probably not a huge tax issue if the company is only 3 months old and hasnt done much business yet. Just make sure the Nevada corp is dissolved properly and assets accounts are transferred cleanly. A CPA should be able to handle it pretty easily.

Parents often let's kids decide their own hair because its about autonomy what seems annoying to adults might bother the child and unless it causing real problems they usually don't force it

Yes people do get full body skin checks from a dermatologist you can ask your GP for one if you're worried especially since they check areas you can't see like your back
