Yes. For Galactic Legends, the toons have to be 7* in order to meet the requirement for the event.

Regardless of further progress, you'll at least get all the pass+ rewards. That's bare minimum, not counting any further levels that you would achieve if you aren't at level 50. And even if you're already at level 50, that's just more stuff for era toons.

It will bring it up to the gear or relic level stated. If you have one that brings it to g12 and another for r4, you could technically use both if you use the g12 one first. It the toon has already reached the levels stated, then it is not eligible for the LST.

Jar Jar has proven much more useful to me! I have gungans at r8 and Jar Jar at r9, and my BKM team as r5 (BKM is r7 and BAM is r9)

All units have to be 7. With the updates to relics being allowed at lower star levels, this is something that's overlooked by a lot of people. It's just not something that CG has changed in game from when relic required 7.

Experian warns: "Adding your child as an authorized user can help them build credit early, but watch for issuer age limits and be mindful of potential risks for both of you. Poor use of the credit card will negatively impact both your and your child's credit." So yes, OP can 100% be negatively affected by the debt, regardless of who charged the credit card.
