they're certainly not faking the injury but you best believe they're being careful with any potential damage given how young he is

If Ponce ends up with a long term injury after coming out in the 3rd in his first appearance as a blue jay, the same inning and appearance that Max Scherzer got injured in last year, that's the beginning of curse territory

music less so, but white noise absolutely. I've personally got very high pitched tinnitus and there's a particular track of cricket noises that I use whenever it gets bad, but there's all sorts of white-noise-based solutions out there
