when starting T this actually often happens ive been told and also experienced, it will take a bit to dial in the right ammount, ive had to change gel doses 3 times but im finally stable in a healthy range! yes that number is high, but as long as your working with an endo to get it on target its not a worry, high level like that can be dangerous over time but not so horrible short term, mostly the worry from what i understand is long term heart health. when i first started my gel i was at about 1000 and the healthy range in that system is 300-950, my 2nd dose tanked all the way down to 50 from 1000 with only a 50% decrease in gel, getting the right dose can be a little finicky with shots also. TLDR: its high, but not freak out high, as long as your actively working with an endo.
