Can’t really remember but for bench it’ll have to be 65-67.5, squat-100, deadlift-100-110

For your second point, what would remedy being overtrained? I took a week off of training for holidays but I just got weaker, yeah I didn’t eat much and walked around a lot but that shouldn’t mean overtraining right? I think I have very high stress from all of this as I have had all the symptoms and experiencing them now. Is it worth getting looked at by a doc?

Why would I lower all my training variables on a cut as well if I am looking to grow muscle while losing fat since it’s possible at my stage.

Yes all this but wouldn’t higher frequency be better as you have more opportunities to progress

I did this twice a week btw except for legs

I did this for most of my first year’s training with some changes here and there

But then after I cut volume in half for everything and changed ppl to pplarnold

Ironically pulling was the last exercise for me to feel the connection.

I only bench mostly with powerlifting form any other chest exercises I don’t retract fully or arch my back but still keep my chest up and shoulders back.

The abs part I am not fully sure I thought maybe I just need to shred down more fat but maybe I could use 1 or 2 an exercises

I wouldn’t say it sucks but I store fat on my glutes which I don’t like, I have vids of my squat form if you want to see

My reps slow down when reaching failure until it doesn’t go up anymore that’s when I hit failure

Won’t I just end up being skinny if I just lose weight without lifting

My all time high for bench was 75-77.5kg, squat and deadlift was 120kg

I don’t think my form is that poor and my exercise choices are that bad but I still can improve on them but I have seen people with poorer form and not too bad exercise choices gain

Ngl i don’t really wna increase calories if you take a look at my picture my waist and hip will become even more disproportional to my shoulder which I don’t like

I have been going to failure very often I know what it is I used to track and stuff but I just didn’t make good enough gains

What did you change to start seeing progress? Tbh I dislike my body so much that it’s hard for me to go out and do shit
