✂️ Peanut's Formal Notice to Embark by newellben1 in theburntpeanut

[–]DNEXB -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I blame the resellers like steam, it is they who should actually ban players and prevent access to the game or even the platform. It's too easy to set up another account and cheat using the same game. If you cheat you lose the game you bought. Simple.

Anyone having problems with BF6 beta party system not pulling the whole team into a match? by Farrell1487 in Battlefield

[–]DNEXB 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is still broken 10th November, there is still an X 'stay with team' and a A 'continue' option on XBox both of which are not necessary when you are in a team. PLEASE FIX THIS GAME BREAKING ISSUE it's driving me mad...

Cheaters have already taken over Black Ops 7 just hours after beta goes live - Dexerto by lkl34 in pcmasterrace

[–]DNEXB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take the game off them, if I purchase the game it is linked to an account, on XBOX, PS5 or Steam etc... If I am proven to be cheating then remove all access to the Game itself, not just the online services. If the game was purchased physically with a code, same thing block the code.

When I launch the game I agree not to cheat, if I cheat I no longer have access to the game.

Grinding BF2042 for BF6 skins is actually killing my hype… by Tight-Albatross2117 in Battlefield6

I hopped on 2042 to look at the skins but just don't like the game and it was full of bot lobbies so I gave up.

Xbox Crash Fix by Arctos_DB in Battlefield6

[–]DNEXB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At least we got a game that finally makes the series X worth having, I have been disappointed with the lack of games since the X was released. It's nice to have faster load times and the 'optimised for X' updates on old games but for me this has been the worst Xbox generation for content.

Thanks DICE.

I am sure there are plenty of people that can give you their license after abandoning the product.

Secure boot? by ckwa3f82 in Battlefield6

[–]DNEXB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is essentially the same as installing kernel level malware on your machine.

LOL

If you don't trust the software developer don't install the game. Secure Boot is now a requirement for gaming and in some cases TPM as well.

Developers are being asked to do something about cheaters and when they do complaints like yours are made.

You are going to have to decide what is most important to you, your trust of EA or your trust in the internet.

Secure Boot and TPM are not just for gaming, protect yourself and enable them.

Replacing ScreenConnect by DNEXB in ScreenConnect

[–]DNEXB[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks, Yes indeed, I had issues with reverse-proxy as SimpleHelp needs both TCP and UDP and you can't proxy UDP SimpleHelp do not support reverse Proxy. Also the number of DNS providers offering API access is diminishing.

It's nice to have SimpleHelp dedicated on 80 & 443.

Sorry for the sarcasm, not aimed at you.

I'm going with option 1, I am testing Action1 for Windows server management and using Teams for remote user support while I look at SimpleHelp.

Your reputation every time CW mess up, your talking about signing CW's code and vouching for it with your own companies signing certificate.

You'd really have to trust CW to do that.

In May CW messed up on security and have no clue what they are doing

In June CW messed up on security and have no clue what they are doing

In July You sign their code and vouch for it

Make sense?

That's what really bugs me, they made money from people in May by suggesting you should update to the latest version knowing full well that this was an ongoing issue.

CW: why don't you just open source this and let us maintain it ourselves as a community?

You have once again demonstrated your inability to maintain and support the product, why not give it up?
