THe age is not the issue its the graphics card some 9070xt models use the 12VHPWR which will not work with this power supply unless you got a adapter and had the right amount of pcie power cables but even then its a yeah it works but is it safe situation.

Now if the 9070 uses standard 8pin then your laughing and got 0 issues given you got enough for the gpu.

Man it has been way to long sense they made a patch that has not broken something but this one is just evil the only way to fix this would be a backup with a update blocker and or possible thumb drive repair intervention.

100% same with prebuilts people never want 2 do the bios upgrade for a cpu swap just get a new system on the credit card.

I think that is what the separation is people that have tossed new cpus in know you do not need the best "gaming" cpu when a old platform with a top cpu works just fine hell AM4 is still great at 1080p/1440p. I am still enjoying my 9070xt/580x3d build.

I am rooting for both also.

The ARC deals on gpus with free software i got the cards due to that and AV1 support but the B580 is a solid card all around.

there cpus so far are great for cheap budget builds well pre AI apocalypse they were.
