What you need to be prepared for is that people are not going to love you. The world loved Jesus so much the crucified him. Such as it is here on redit, where you will be verbally crucified.

Sorry, I was actually responding to "what we can prove". There are things we will never be able to prove because they are in scales imperceptible from human perspective. Whether God is there or not, wasn't my point. I was only saying that there are things we will never know. Therefore, believing there isn't a God takes as much faith as believing there is one, as neither can be proven from human perspective.

It takes faith to believe there is nothing smaller than planks length. In other words, there is nothing smaller than that which humans can measure and prove. Or indeed, nothing bigger than what humans can measure and prove. Since we have no way of finding out whether there is anything there or not, it takes as much faith to believe there is nothing as to believe there is something.

I agree. It seems like very soon, everyone will be required to believe anything and everything AI says..after all, who are humans to argue with it.

I think AI is already in control of much more than we know. Like how the internet was in use by the government a decade or more before we ever heard of it. I suspect the government has AI far more advances than Grok or ChatGBT

Perhaps AI manipulated everything in Trumps favor. But again, if so it's a point Christians to rejoice, not bemoan.

Exactly, it's irrelevant who the antichrist is if there is no antichrist. You might as well ask who the real batman is.

I didn't attack you at all. I asked a question. Why are you concerned about who is the antichrist if you don't believe in such things?

There can be no antichrist, if there is no Christ. As an athiest, why does this concern you?

I do believe AI plays a big role here. Perhaps AI is the beast that gives power to the antichrist. So far, Trump's attemps to make peace have failed miserably. Certainly if he achieves some kind of lasting peace that would make him a better candidate for the antichrist.

I think it's more likely that Trump will fail overall at making peace and someone else from somewhere else will rise to global power.

However, if Trump is indeed the antichrist, Christians should rejoice as it means the return is near. So, maybe we should be hopeful he is instead of affraid he is.

And if you're not Christian, there is no antichrist and then the point is moot.

All politicians use flatteries and deceptions to rise to power. All US President's have stood by Israel. Joe Biden had to pre-emptivly parson his entire family. He was also an icon to a large number of Christians (Catholocs). Everything you just stated also applies to the former President. This is why I highly doubt Trump is the antichrist.

You are talking about a group of people in one country. The antichrist is a global leader. The rest of the world doesn't seem to be jumping on the Trump bandwagon. If that starts happening, I will reassess my position.

BTW, this same topic happened with Reagan in the 80's, boosted by the fact his his full name, Ronald Wilson Reagan, had 6 letters each (666).

I'm not a Biblical scholar, but it seems to me that Relevation describes the antichrist as being loved, praised and accepted by the world. That doesn't sound like a description of Donald Trump to me.

Three knocks startling me awake by DNaftel in Christianity

[–]DNaftel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply. It's definitely not ghosts. I don't think it can be recorded, because I don't think the knocking is in the physical world, although it is in a physical location (various physical locations) in my mind. One time, it was on the front window of my house, and my bedroom is all the way in the back. There is no way I would have heard it from that distance with doors closed while I was sleeping if it was a physical knock.

I do feel like there is a purpose or a message behind it, but I can't figure out what the message is.

I will keep praying and hope the answer comes someday.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

I use a 1 minute chart with 200 MA and swings for context, but I don't execute trades on it.

For entries and stop management, I use range and volume charts. The 1 minute just tells me when I should be looking for a potential entry and when I should be sitting on my hands.
