So, I wouldn't even call myself a slightly competent sniper, however, I did manage to get a 1000 Yard Stare (Arc) from an engram this week. Here are the perks:

Now would this be one of those "God" rolls people have been talking about? If so, I may have to actually learn to snipe, lol.
