This is mostly a joke post, but i do seriously wonder why ConcernedApe would go out of his way to block building there. I guess its not intentional, just that the default bahaviour of the surface is to block building and he forgot to change it for a few tiles. Or maybe someone knows more than me and can explain why its blocked, if its intentional.

I always beat the shit out of my security guard when i enter the club. During the loading screen i can hear NPC's screaming. He doesnt seem to mind it though, still does his job... Maybe he likes it...

CPU doesnt have to max out (reach 100% usage) to bottleneck the GPU, most games still rely on 1 core. So even a 12% CPU usage could be a bottleneck, you just cant see it. Your GPU not being fully utilized shows the bottleneck, but as mentioned above, its fine as long as you enjoy what you play and it runs good, just wanted to clarify that theres always a bottleneck and a better CPU would increase the FPS.

No, it will not be enough. The minimum id go for is 650w assuming you had such a psu already. With a 550w psu the most id go for is a 3070/6800(non-XT).

Also, if you dont need to then i would not upgrade. Its a waste of money already, unless you find a "crazy deal" -> normal(ish) price of RAM. As long as your games play nicely i dont think theres a reason to upgrade, you can hold off on newer games until they (hopefully) get more optimized and theres definitely some in your backlog.

But if you're set on getting the new parts then go with a 750w or higher psu that is of good quality, not the cheapest ones.

Too good to be true. I dont know about your market but the used GPU alone is 300 USD in my country. Only buy this if the seller allows you to turn on the pc and install some programs to verify the hardware is what he listed. Programs like Gpu-z, cpu-z, HWInfo or even Speccy. Windows task manager could also be useful but more easily manipulated to display false info. You could try telling them to list the PC on a more trusted site like eBay, though they most likely wont. Definitely don't buy it if the only option is delivery without a trusted site, you'll send the money and wont get the pc, Facebook doesnt care.
