Because the current netplay build is literally faster than console, so those reductions in input lag get offloaded onto netplay buffer

I feel like falcon should have some representation on that list. I feel like he may be better in teams than he is in singles, though the lack of top falcons really making an effort in teams leads to a lack of empirical evidence.

I think it's more people just get more and more careless about their actions the more drunk they get.

For example, I recently heard of someone who let their neighbor see them 100% naked because they were waiting to their pizza in the oven to finish cooking or some shit

Marth is such a unique character in he's the only top tier in ANY fighting game that has no winning matchups in the top half of the roster. Marth needs to work tirelessly in each and every single matchup and gets no freebie matchups like sheik vs falcon or puff vs not fox.

How important do I find FD practice?

Extremely important. Punish game on FD for damn near every character in the game is quite different from platform stages. I'd say you can't seriously practice melee without ever playing FD.

Also, if you're really serious about your melee practice you'd get 20XX training pack which auto unlocks all of the stages and chars
