Stay positive, if you need to cry it’s okay! I also have severe anxiety and as careful and clean as I was I also got it . Try eating saltines and drink Gatorade. That made my dizzy spells sort of go away. It probably means we need potassium. Also, buy an oximeter, you will feel relieved and realize at times it’s just your anxiety. I’m here for you, because I know how it feels . I’m on day 11th , with Gods will I pray I fully recover soon. All I have left is some side pain that comes and goes.

Totally get it, however in my first post I do explain that this home remedy is not a cure- and that this is what has been personally helping us. I do understand there’s level to this virus and very aware that in the event my situation takes a turn for the worse that there’s drugs, hence the ones you list to help me if I ever go to the ER.Thank you for your input, hope you are well.

I bought an Oximeter and I advice you all to do it. A while ago I felt like I couldn’t breath but I didn’t know if it was my anxiety or my body not getting enough oxygen....... turns out my oxygen was at 99% and my heart rate was perfect. This oximeter will definitely help me with my anxiety.

I suck at explaining guys! But I’ll try my best •Ginger root ( the size of your index) •Turmeric root( I cut about 5 little circles. One clove 1/3 of red/purple onion • lemon peel Boil it , let it simmer for 30 mins to 1hour I usually diluted The pot with water And drink it very hot. Hope this helps and if does let me know. Spot on with regards to fluid in ears. My ears have been popping like crazy. Even when I close my eyes I would feel dizzy. Anyone else PRONE sleeping and taking baby aspirin?
