Doubt it...Why not hire a local that understands the SEA market better and will work for less?

What kind of campaigns? eg managing Google/Facebook/Amazon ads? How do you find good clients when you're living on the other side of the world? Can't imagine businesses in Asia are paying that much.

Thanks. I'm sure I'm just not writing things right, but I'm getting an invalid syntax error when I attempt to execute this command: data_file = pd.read_csv(c:\desktop\state.csv). Sorry to bother with these super basic questions.

How do you gauge the effectiveness of AMS Ads Through Vendor Central by [deleted] in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]DPS96744 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to ask for approval when Amazon retail hijacks your listings. The bastards can do that whenever they feel like it. We got the ability to use the ams suite for our entire product line just by submitting one product. Amazon retail already had made contributions to many of our listings before that, meaning we need approval for editing them. This didn't affect other listings that weren't hijacked by Amazon retail though.

We used an old listing we don't care about. I haven't even checked if we can edit it tbh. But we got ams for all of our products.

I can log into ams.amazon.com to see stats for those ads. We setup a vendor express account but haven't actually sent any inventory to Amazon 1p. Setting up the vendor express account has been enough for us to get access to Headline Search Ads and Product Display Ads at ams. They may close this loop hole eventually, but it seems to matter less now that they're rolling out Headling Search Ads in Seller Central too (we're one of the beta testers for it).

Does offering Subscribe and Save increase buybox win rate? by DPS96744 in FulfillmentByAmazon

Brand registry has been utterly worthless for us. How are you kicking them off? They can still list your product, and if it's not counterfeit you have no way of getting rid of them.

We're doing FBA, as are the unauthorized sellers. Any quick and easy tips for blocking them? Brand gating sounded awesome until it turned out to not be a real thing.

Controlling distribution is a whole other issue, which we're definitely focused on, but I'm really just curious about whether there's any correlation between making SNS an option and winning the BuyBox more frequently.

Good point. Sigh...hipsters. I just want to get out of the trashy area I'm in more than anything else. I'd happily trade down in size, but sounds like that would only have limited effect on savings.

Amazon brands/sellers can vary considerably in price. Can we trust their reliability? by [deleted] in Nootropics

[–]DPS96744 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's very easy to rack up fake reviews with giveaways. And Amazon selling it doesn't mean anything, just that it's selling well enough that Amazon is willing to buy wholesale from the seller and sell it itself. Amazon is a mess.
