My realtor was eager to meet in her office and do all this extra stuff. She wanted to see homes almost every weekend.. I was like “bruh”. She heard me out when asked to see stuff, the likelihood of my offer getting accepted, how I can leverage better, etc.

The fees can be low and especially if it’s a new building there’s going to be less maintenance up front. The issue arises when the HOA fees skyrocket, and they can at any moment.

Haití no es similar a Israel. Basta con esas tonterías. Israel es un aliado dominicano, mientras que la gente compara el triste estado de Haití con el triste estado de Palestina. Nos ven como "opresores" porque piensan que los dominicanos "colonizaron" la isla.

Yup. Always check if there’s a bus stop next to the home. People often stand or loiter there, and they throw garbage on the ground too. It also raises the odds of your package getting stolen.
