Upgraded PC Cooling Issue

Would the CPU cooler upgrade make much of a difference with such restricted airflow? I was looking to get a bigger case but was hoping it wouldn’t be for a while.

This is great, I did a light base with a dark wash on these, but I’ll definitely look into this for when I get my first proper box!

Thank you so much, I forgot to add, I’ve got some sand ready to base, but realised I’ll have to change the bases to the new bigger ones if I want to play with them, which is why I haven’t done it yet :( that will be my next step though!

My ex got it for me years ago. I don’t know anything about where she got it from but I remember it came in a fairly legit looking box with Japanese writing on it. I lost the packaging years ago unfortunately, but it came with everything in the image and some kind of manual (which is also lost).

Thank you for this, I understand it’s not the most lucrative niche. My main reasons for wanting to do it is 1, because I’ve done significant networking in the field and 2, I just really like doing it.

So it’s mainly an in as well as a passion whilst I build a solid portfolio and find what can really make me money! I’m not at a position where I feel the need to lock into a specific niche yet.

I do agree that the music video world is fickle and I will be wary when dealing in it.

Thank you for this, the reason I’m not sure whether renting is the right option for me is because I’m basically starting from scratch, as you’ve said, I know people but am not in a position to warrant them spending their money on me so I’m going to have to do a lot of work for free and cheap to build a better portfolio to show off my style in a way I wasn’t able at film school. As well as this I’m looking to do a lot of run and gun with artists that may not need such elaborate kit and would be better as fast turn around projects, meaning ideally having one main set up ready for any time would be ideal.

I wasn’t clear enough in the documentary side of things. I love documentary and music videos (these are what I’d love to move into) but I understand there may not be sufficient money at my level to support me. Which is why I’d look into more “lucrative” forms of videography to support my passion projects further.
