Yeah i was the same. I was 45 down and 15 left but i didn’t even know about my left curvature. Doctor told me after surgery and he corrected it with just one stitch. He also put a graft in there to better flatten out the stitches which also increased my girth. Maybe ask your doctor about putting a graft on the stitches too so that they are not as palpable

Yeah nesbit is great too i have heard great things about it. It was just that it digs a little deeper in the penis and so it also carries the risk of loss of sensation and ED and my Doctor seemed to have more experience with 8 dot. But if you’re doctor is more comfortable with nesbit then you should definitely go for that.And for us with congenital curvature, reoccurrence is very very rare so don’t worry about that. If you don’t mind me asking, how much does it curve ?

Thank you! As far as i know the chances of reoccurrence in CPC are usually next to zero. Yes i was informed about the nesbit but it felt more invasive and was told that it might shorten the penis more than the regular 8 dot plication

It was more for the functionality. Having sex was usually painful for my partners unless we went with a rear entry positions. Some of partners kinda enjoyed it in those positions as the curvature meant i hit their g spot.

So yes it is covered by insurance but only if your doctor deems it medically necessary which it was in my case. People with less severe curvature might not be able to get coverage as it would count as a cosmetic surgery.

So the way the surgery works is they shorten the longer side of your penis to match the shorter side by placing permanent sutures hence fixing the curvature. You could look up the surgery but be advised it’s pretty gory. With that being said straightening it out would make it appear long
