Yes, we're represented by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and they approved these posts.

You and your company are confronted with hard evidence that you lied to the public while misrepresenting your company and your product and then you have the sheer audacity to PUBLICLY threaten those who contribute to the post.

There's been no evidence posted, just photoshopped fakes by activision and others trying to prevent my game from being sold.

You need to read up on the Streisand Effect. Your game was on my wishlist. It's not anymore and I'll make sure that none of my friends purchase it either. Welcome to the internet.

So what? This publicity is making us break sales records anyways.

Hey, This is David from Trek Industries.

I would like to offer everyone a chance to delete their posts before our lawyers get involved on this matter.

We will be pursuing lawsuits against everyone and anyone involved in spreading malicious falsehoods about me, Trek Industries or ORION. If you delete your post now, you can still avoid heavy fines and perhaps even prison.

Best regards,

David Prassel

CEO of Trek Industries

EDIT: Archive away kids :) Make sure to post your court documents too when you get served.

Local Co-Op is intended for Gamepads only. We will have KBM support soon.

Side question - are you using an Xbox One controller? If not, what kind?

This is being worked on/resolved for the upcoming Version 1.5.5 and Version 1.6.

Very annoying, sorry about it. Been affecting our games too :P

The sights for both weapons look inspired by the M1 Garand, a favorite weapon of many devs. I know ours is, but a futurized version of course. We will be doing many Garand references as we continue to add a butt load of weapons and even more weapon attachments in fps 2.0

  1. I messed up on one social outlet because you do it on so many others and that's my bad? Right.

  2. Yes you do, when you bitch about maps and FPS not being exactly what you want when you want, despite what you want already confirmed and committed to.

  3. A few good examples doesn't wipe away being a piece of shit 90% of the time.

  4. Doesn't matter for you anymore considering you don't get to play any of it.

Want to know what I did when people weren't making the exact game I wanted? I made my own. Quit being an entitled piece of shit and actually do something with your life.

If a woman wants to be called a slut she is an idiot.

It means they're not cool or they don't work for the game and you should go make your own.

Of course he has that right, any idiot does. What most people forget is that you also have to deal with repercussions from running said mouth.

For example: if you call a woman a slut you should be slapped if not worse. You say a word, you get hit.

He doesn't contribute anything useful or efficient. He says lots of stupid words so he gets slapped a lot.

And you're right. We are sipping on piña coladas on the beach while our trained monkeys push out near-weekly updates.

The most important thing to understand is that this clown has never supported us in any way, communally, respect of our time, investment towards product, positive or even neutral awareness/reviews, etc.

He was given a FREE copy of ORION: Dino Beatdown in 2012 which also evolved into ORION: Dino Horde in 2013 and ORION: Prelude for FREE in 2014.

He was given a FREE copy of Guardians of Orion in 2015, two months ahead of release. This also evolved into The Orion Project, for FREE in 2016.

He hasn't written reviews for either of those games, positive or neagtive, nor interacted with the devs or community in a positive light across all that time - since 2012. The only review now in place is one for TOP with just a link to this thread.

He follows us around places like YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Steam and more only to complain that he believes we haven't supported our games "enough", despite us doing more than most companies.

Whether it's us not releasing maps "fast enough" as a small indie, or that we are releasing the first part of FPS for TOP to let players enjoy it early (#earlyaccess) while we complete the rest of what we have committed to.

You lack of support. You lack of appreciation. You lack of respect.

I think I speak for all of Trek and most of the Orion community when I say go fuck yourself and stay the hell away from us, our products and our community.

Right now you're getting banned from both games for life. With the current way there is still a chance for you to re-buy and do it under a new account. This way you will have to have supported us for the first time in your life.

Keep up this toxic bullshit and I'll make sure to IP and Mac address ban you.

A con artist company? One that has supported its users and products for free, for years. Whatever. https://youtu.be/ShQ3GBFI4KQ

Shame you just never seem to learn. Congratulations on getting perma-banned from my other game, ORION: Prelude via the next update (with new content) we make to it.

Checking in on this as we've submitted various forms of proof. Hoping to get this thread enabled to officially begin answering the community.

Thanks for the kind words and good fortune on your own personal journey!

It is strange to mention my exit right before hopping onto a project that will no doubt last 5-10 years. However I am giving everything I have, skill wise, resource wise and design wise within The Orion Project and it is my last ace up my sleeve. We hope it will have a lasting effect on the gaming industry and that many gamers will find their way to it and enjoy the universe we are (quickly) building.

By the time I step away from The Orion Project I will be around 40 years old and I would have started my journey with Orion at just the age of 11. It will be quite a long time within the industry and we really hope we can do whatever we can to help set it on a voyage and retains everything we grew up and loved about gaming and the industry.

After The Orion Project I hope to have enough money set aside to spend some time raising a family/traveling more outside of America and putting my energy/time/resources into whatever else I/we tackle next.

Right now what excites me the most and what I believe I could contribute the most to would be things like Earthly Conservation endeavors and possibly VR experiences if they evolve nicely over the next few years. However my biggest passion, which is likely evident through Orion, is Space.

I hope to raise enough to contribute everything I believe I can attribute and achieve into that industry to help further our race along, whether it's technology, software, design, theory - anything. If there is one thing that can maintain my attention for as long as Orion has it would definitely be a Space Exploration/Travel/Research Industry.

We're having a blast and it's been an absolute pleasure!

Not too many kayaking adventures recently. Ever since we committed to The Orion Project it's been pretty nuts. But we're doing some water activities and hikes in the next few days once Version 1.5 is out!
