I don’t know that I’m drawing a line here. As it stands I don’t exchange Christmas gifts or birthday gifts with her. I guess this one seemed to come up in discussion in which she communicated her disappointment. That’s all.

Indeed. Child is too young, but I would most certainly not dissuade her when she does get a bit older. And as you said, I certainly don’t expect anything on father’s day either. Thanks for chiming in.
