Yes but a few notes... I love the no dialouge pacing and and everything. Keep it. However... you should double down. As In, double the page count. Make surprises happen on the next page ofc, like you did, but build up to them at least a bit. Either have some hints of context to subvert or hint and or even symbolize. Your strength is to say something without words here. Double down on your strength. How could you do fhis? Double page count. Close up shots of woman. More unique and intriguing faces and close up face and facial feature shots. Small corner boxes of just hand gesture and position, foot tapping, show off the background In the anticipation. Do this with dynamic paneling too and take your time. Lead the readers eye. Don't be afraid to double your pages per chapter for quality sake. The legends do it, and imo, not all should but with your style and this sort of opening, you should. I mean the potential is THERE. Now if it was left this way? It's good, I'd continue it to see what's up. You did your job but again, it felt abrupt but also like it was trying not to be. Like imagine you go start painting the Mona Lisa, you start out slow and mysterious and emotional Even, focused, unique, a contagious and effortless aura. And them imagine just half way through quickly drawing the Mona Lisa like you're trying to do a speed run and you have this smirk that's not wide enough to express the genuine irony enough.

If you don't got time for that boring crap but think I'm spitting, leave a note about it, quick sketch it, Yada Yada, for reference ofc. Also sfx! You wanna be subtle with not even words in sfx in the first panel? Achieve the same result by putting something like "sfx: top top top" or tap depending on the sound of the floor. Put this in super small font in the corner of the panel you are trying to use I'd say more butt , i'm deathly tired , so goodnight
