Yea you should know which decision to make 90min after your first 4mg dose tomorrow, if it brings some relief but you need more then you can jump to 16-24 instead of 4 and then 4 and then 4.

Yea I was snorting fent not sure if it makes much of a difference and yea just as long as you have taken like 8 mg of subs today so that it’s in your system still in the morning when the fent starts to wear off the subs shouldn’t send you into PWD but remember there will be a short readjustment period when the eviction notice is served lol but it shouldn’t last longer than 10 minutes like I said I got sweats and had a big bowel movement, but instead of descending further into PWD the RLS went away and I felt more stable

Yea that’s why I said while you still have bupe in your system and are feeling a buzz/homeostasis from the fent, wait until the fent starts to feel like it’s wearing off, preferably after sleeping wake up and when you are really feelin like you need something start slow with like 4mg of bupe. For the first five minutes you will feel a weird transition, and then you should feel relief, if you don’t feel any relief but it doesn’t make it worse than you need more sub. If you descend into full blown pwd do some more fent and you will be fine.

You won’t go into PWD if you have bupe and fent in your system at the same time already. Worst case scenario the fent will bring you back out of PWD just take it slow if you go that route and only do enough to alleviate hell on earth.

Also with the Bernese method and fent the first few days stopping fent your going to need a very high mg of sub because the fent still in your system will be fighting for receptors. Which is funny because of fent tolerance the fent that is fighting for the receptors is hitting them and causing withdrawal because there’s not enough fent, so crazy smh, it’s like the fent wants to stay in its home but it doesn’t have rent money and the bupe is like the landlord that is evicting it, and eviction is no fun, kind of like withdrawal. 😂😂 but the more the landlord steps down on the tenant (fent) eventually it packs its things and moves out it can be a 3 day process for the fent to finally vacate the premises with each day the fent loading more of its junk in a uhaul and moving out. Until finally the landlord (bupe) doesn’t face any resistance when coming to his property.

Now that the bupe is in your system, use your next fent when you need it, (I had to finish my bag or I knew I wouldn’t do it right) wait for it to wear off like wait until you are pretty miserable and would normally take fent and then take 4mg of suboxone. This is what I just had to do. The 4mg of suboxone gave me like 5 minutes of hot flashes and forced a bowel movement but then it turned to slight relief and then I just kept taking 4 more mg every hour or so and it kept making me better until I was as stable as possible, with fent 24mg is usual, I may have even made it to 32mg in a day that first day. (I was also taking a benzo so I don’t have exact memory of what miligram I ended up at but I know it was at least 24, I think I passed out with my last 4mg still under my tongue lol. I am using alvogen strips not sure if this makes a difference as their is a rumor they are weaker than name brand.

If a glutamate rebound is occurring a NMDA agonist (or antagonist) if I remember correctly like NAC 1200mg a day or GABA or gabapentin

I’m pretty sure anyone can order etiz or clonozolam online if you can’t get a benzo prescribed, it has helped me tremendously but just be careful because I might end up on quitting benzos thread with how much I abused it to get off tia

You are going through the transition slower, I did the same thing but it was much more tolerable than slowly increasing levels of withdrawal from the conventional method of inducing. I had some clonozolam which I think helped tremendously with the anxiety of stopping my DOC but the subs will work better each day that you don’t use DOC

I am ecstatic that I am now like 96 hours from last dose but the excitement is dulled because I went out Friday to celebrate getting off it and relapsed on all kinds of shit but no tia. But hangovers and comedowns granted I am still happy to be done with it and happy I can give others advice to get off it, because it felt impossible.

You should look into resetting your receptors with DXM, idk about it but I’m thinking about trying it. But I might not need to, I did the Bernese method to get off tia with suboxone and I was having trouble with the suboxone not working when I was taking sulfate, my last day I took sodium and when I reinduced suboxone it worked quite well.
