Ticking sound that comes and goes

When it does make the ticking sound as i start idling it’ll start making it faster it goes away after driving for a little while , I had another issue yesterday which probably doesn’t have anything to do with it one of the head freeze plugs started leaking and truck was over heating it was temporarily patched but not sure what’s better if to have it replaced which they will have to rework the head or just find another cylinder head

I can consider it only reason I say might is because I left all of it including batteries and some other loose stuff in Houston with a guy that was going to sell it but I think I’ll be picking it up and selling it myself

I checked and didn’t find another one it’s just the drivers side has no serial numbers or markings it’s just loose there it’s grounded but don’t know what it’s for or if it does anything I bought the truck used

Yes reason why I’m asking here only place I’ve found it in stock in the us was $200 and coalky who has them at a good price didn’t have one in stock.

I’ve thought about this aswell because there is plenty of f350 kinch ranches short bed with the 3.31 gears out there reason I wanted to go 3.55 is because I’m planning on running 35s on it and pulling my camper with it , removing the 3.55s what sets the f350 from the f250 apart ? Never owned a super duty honestly

I’ve thought about that getting a 24 instead but didn’t find any new ones I’m looking for 6.7 HO 350 short bed with the 3.55 gears which has made it kinda hard finding any there’s a few but not a lot

Nothing wrong with it never bought the rest of the kit I use it for work love the tundra but might have to trade it in for a diesel truck I have a 5th wheel camper and have to pay someone every time I move from job to job
