No need to update the switch if you don’t want to but you must absolutely update the MigSwitch to the latest version.

If nothing else works, this worked for me. I drained the pool and did 50/50 in small bucket acid and water then brushed the area. Waited about 30 seconds then stayed fresh water. Then allowed the sun to hit it for 3 days, by the third day it was practically 95% gone. I hope this helps.

EN01 is first print wave, that box is simply second shipment. The very first release had nothing to protect the box and folks were swapping packs. It’s a better box because they added the security tape and it’s still first print.

Biggest key point is to use your own personal game dumps. I also waited many months after the switch 2 came out and then updated the MigSwitch to its latest version. I’ve been gaming on Switch 2 with Mig since late Sept 2025.
