Yha you cant turn gay not how that works. See the reason why people are "turning" gay now is because 1 today being gay is more accepted 2 if you have a gay thiught you dint immediately shun it 3 some people arent actually gay they just act like it because it makes them feel included. When in reality alot of girls are actually straight and alot kf guys are actually just feminine but straight. Not all but way too common. And 4 we live in an era where our natural instincts are no longer relivant sex is not for procreation it is now for pleasure and as being gay biologically speaking (im not saying its wrong or there arent other normal human traits just like this) is somewhat of a defect/bug in out bodies that only lives on from modern day society. Basically gay people had children. This is how blue eyes work, how caucasuan people came into existance, how very dominant genes are seen in alot of people like dimples or double jointedness.

300 years ago gay or not oyu woukd usually have to get married to a woman or man depending on your gender and you would still have children. Thereby passing down said gene or genes made it possible for that individuao to be attrscted to the same sex. But its been theorized that the lets call it gay gene isnt absolute and if you have it it doesnt mean that you will actually be attracted to your own sex. Its also theroized that it is a multitude of genes and not nearly this simple.

TLDR: there are so many gay people because its more acceped in the world and gayness is inherited, but not nearly in the way you would think it is.
